Athletic Hall of Fame: Class of 2023

The Stevenson athletic community is extremely humbled by the accomplishments of the Class of 2023. We are eager to have these five individuals within the Hall of Fame and believe they embody and represent what it means to be a Patriot. 

Ali (Castriano) Packowitz

While attending Stevenson, Ali participated in both gymnastics and softball. She was a 4-year letter winner on the Varsity gymnastics team and elected co-captain her Senior Year. While playing softball, Ali was a member of both the freshman and Varsity teams throughout her time as a Patriot.

Bob Taylor

Bob Taylor has been a vital part of Stevenson athletics since he started his teaching career in 1971. For over 50 years, he has served as a baseball coach, scorekeeper for boys’ basketball, statistician for football, an athletic trainer for football and basketball, and a die-hard Patriot advocate.

Catherine Hlavin Demet

Catherine Hlavin was and still is a decorated athlete who participated in three sports while attending Stevenson; volleyball, basketball, and track and field

Chris Holder

An accomplished athlete and former bench press champion, Chris Holder participated in four sports while at Stevenson, lettering in football, baseball, wrestling, and basketball.

Katie Schullian

While attending Stevenson, Katie played four years of Varsity volleyball and one year of water polo during its inaugural season.
